Executive Committee

The Executive Committee is chaired by the Mayor and composed of the Chairpersons of the Portfolio Committees. The responsibility of this committee is to monitor the Management of the municipality administration following the policy directions of the Council and to oversee the provision of services to communities in the municipality in a suitable manner. Each member of the Mayoral Committee serves as a chairperson of a Portfolio Committee which has specific functions.
